Week 1

Budget Approval

We prepare a detailed, itemised quotation based on your requirements. There are no hidden costs and no vague line items — every element of your project is clearly costed so you know exactly what you're investing in.

We work within your budget to deliver the best possible outcome, and we'll always tell you honestly what can and can't be achieved at different price points.

Weeks 2–3

Concept Design & Approval

Our design team creates photorealistic 3D renderings of your space, showing you exactly how the finished project will look — from the acoustic wall panels to the seating layout to the ceiling finishes.

We present material samples and finish options, and work through as many revisions as needed until you are fully satisfied and excited about what's coming.

Weeks 3–6

Manufacturing & Preparation

Everything is manufactured in-house at our Gauteng facility. This means we control quality at every stage — from cutting and shaping acoustic panels to upholstering seating and fabricating custom joinery.

Our manufacturing team works to exacting tolerances, and each component is inspected before it ever leaves our workshop. We also procure and pre-stage all AV equipment during this phase.

Final Week

Installation & Handover

Our experienced installation team arrives on site and transforms your space. We are meticulous — every panel is perfectly aligned, every cable is hidden, every system is calibrated. We don't leave until everything is flawless.

At handover, we walk you through your system, demonstrate every feature, and ensure you're completely comfortable. We also provide a full aftercare and warranty package for your peace of mind.

Most projects take between 4 and 8 weeks from design sign-off to installation completion. The timeline depends on the complexity of the space, custom manufacturing lead times, and site readiness. We'll give you a specific timeline in your quotation.

Absolutely. While we are based in Gauteng, we service clients across South Africa — including Cape Town, Durban, and all other major centres. Travel and logistics costs will be included transparently in your quotation.

Our free consultation includes an in-person meeting, a site visit and measurement of your space, a needs and lifestyle assessment, preliminary ideas and recommendations, and a follow-up quotation. There is absolutely no obligation to proceed.

Yes. While we are able to source and supply premium AV equipment at competitive prices, we can absolutely work with equipment you already own or have purchased. We'll assess compatibility during the consultation phase.

All our installations carry a workmanship warranty, and we offer ongoing aftercare and support packages. If anything ever needs attention, our team will be there. We build long-term relationships with our clients — our reputation depends on it.
